Programs are excellent. Sadly the app doesn't fully do them justice. Design is sleek but the exercise videos sometimes take ages to load and will just stop halfway through without you even touching the phone. Also there is no workout log...tracking progress is a MUST especially if you repeat the same program. So I had to create a separate spreadsheet to add notes (reps completed, progression used etc) which kind of defeats the purpose of using an app.

sometimes videos lag, but it can be fixed by downloading the workouts. Simonster's content is the absolute best ever, I'm seeing massive strenght gains over just a couple of months. And there's always a lever I can train at, if I fail to meet the skill's requirements.

Excellent progressions with clear video demonstrations, not confusing and simple to follow. Keeps track of your workouts and has built in timers. so far it has been great!
