🔴 Mark monsters even with your phone in the pocket:
With Adventure Sync, you can use a Paintball to track monsters while you explore your town and bring the hunt to your doorstep afterwards. As you explore, your Palico can mark passing monsters with Palico Paintballs, even while you aren’t actively playing, allowing you to return to them later, ensuring that the action never stops.

Ratings and reviews

This is a fun game but it crashes WAY too much. One instance is when I was engaged with a marked monster. The game crashed mid-fight, & after rebooting the game, I discovered that the crash ate one of my three attempts. Furthermore, the crashing is very frequent as of late. In addition, the grind for late game materials is a painful slog. Currently, I can't recommend this game as it crashes too often. When fixed, I will fix my review. For now, one star.

As a monster hunter fan, this game is an embarrassment to the franchise. The gameplay progression is completely dependent on gear level because hunts are timed, so there is almost no impact from actual skill in this game, and the material grind is absolutely atrocious to encourage you to spend money on the game. As a location based game, you're also limited in the amount of content you can do in a certain area and the respawn times feel really long. Only a fundamental redesign can save the game.

Stuck with the tutorial bug that I can't progress past. Clearing the cache, reinstalling, new accounts, apparently my phone (pixel 7) does not like it. If I can get past this and actually play, I would definitely be giving a better rating, but it is a game killing bug. Edit: I was finally able to complete the task and am now able to play..I wish I knew if there was an update, or if it finally just happened to work, but so far I am getting to enjoy the game!
