It actually works! I must admit my expectations were low, NWC's website is a mess, and even the links in their emails don't work. But give onto Cesar, the app works well and even has advanced features to share access with other users, something many US utility providers don't offer. I'm in the US and was able to set up and link 2 accounts in 5 mins. I drooped a star for looks and no biometrics, so I have to type email and password every time.

This app was doing well until a few months ago. Still showing the same balance (-599.00) and even showing no water used for 2 months. I had to call NWC to find out my actual financial standing with them.....there was a balance!!!!. They could've disconnected my service with misleading information on the app. I hardly stay at the house where that account is.....so I was really confused. Don't follow the app's info unless they fix it!!!!!!

Cannot signin with existing credentials used on website portal, and cannot sign up. Clicking the sign up button, after populating form, simply returns to signin window; no attempt is made to contact server. Clearing cache and data has no effect. App is obviously not ready for prime time. Update: was able to sign up after recent app update. Everything seems to be working as intended
