Ratings and reviews

A system that forces you to recreate your account every couple of months to allow you to keep playing at your level cannot be well designed. Also, if a player is within the level range but has low credibility and still can join the match, it will probably be unbalanced anyway. To make it worse, people won't be willing to balance the match themselves until it's over because the system pushes players to collect their points and fulfill their egos first. Lastly, commissions are way too high.

Been trying to get in touch with them via the app due to an error with my booking. Unable to reach them and the online app chat is completely pointless. The app also makes it far too easy to get an open match mixed up with a private match which is then charged at full price days later. As I was unable contact Playtomic to discuss the issues, I have started a dispute through my bank. Poor app and even worse service.

App upgrades are meant to make things easier and smoother however the recent upgrade has made things more tedious. Add a button somewhere to 1 click and get to chats and my matches. After 2 years of use it was easy to navigate to, now it's just tedious. Update: recent updates now removed adding a person from the community tab so now we can't even find people
