Bought a vritual card and loaded $50 through the app but failed to convert it into Google Wallet, relaunch or reinstall the app couldnt help. So I had to buy a Presto card from the google wallet again and spend another $20. I did some research about how to get refund and it turned out that I need to MAIL a refund form to apply for it. Very interesting.
