严重侵犯消费者权益 预定票的时候没有写明要求提前30分钟抵达 选择了可退款选项 结果遇到车祸导致迟到 才告知无法退款 对应的退款策略才显示 对于不熟悉地方的人非常的不友好 柜台服务态度和客服非常的差

前几次都好好的，直到这次巴士临时取消行程且不通知，擅自更改游客的巴士时间，非常差的体验 而且前一天擅自取消行程 还不退款，真的很没有效率又很恶心 过后隔了三个月的催债 终于收到钱了 非常感谢
