the agents in the verifying process were really rude lol. it was not easy to go through the verification process and the waiting time is long

Poor pairing process. On my new phone the app cannot record face video at all (bug!) and stucked in this step, but it automatically unpaired my old phone. Now I have two unpaired phones👍If a bad guy has your sms verificatiin code, email and pin but not your face, he can still log you out, very secure👍Try to re-pair old phone takes another 24 hours👍Even if you log-in new phone without pairing it, there are many "traps" in the app that once you click them, old phone will be suddenly unpaired👍

I cannot log in my account on my phone, but I can do it on my tab. I have already identified the account. Is it normal?
