Mayelana Health and Wellbeing App for amaSulumane
Kwa-Afiah, sinentshisekelo yokukusiza uphile impilo ejabulisayo, enempilo, futhi eyanelisa ngokomoya. Uhlelo Lwethu Lwezempilo Nenhlalakahle lwamaSulumane lwakha indlela ephelele, esekelwe enkolweni esekelwe ezimfundisweni zamaSulumane—okuhlanganisa ukucabangela, ukunyakaza, ukudla, okubonwayo, okulalelwayo, nokuqondisa ngokomoya. Idizayinelwe ukukusiza ukuthi ugqashule emicabangweni emibi, inkundla yethu ikunikeza amandla okwakha imikhuba eqhubekayo yokuphila kahle ngokwengqondo, ngokomoya nangokomzimba.
Ezweni lanamuhla elisheshayo, izingcindezi zomphakathi nezindlela zokuphila ezikhulayo zokungawuvivinyi kunomthelela ekwenyukeni kwamazinga okucindezeleka nokukhathazeka. Uhlelo lwethu Lwezempilo Nenhlalakahle lwamaSulumane lukusiza ukuthi wakhe imikhuba emihle, ulawule ingcindezi, futhi uthuthukise inhlalakahle yonke ngokusebenzisa indlela egxile ekukholweni. Kubikwa ukuthi uMprofethi uMuhammad (saww) wathi: “Celani ku-Allah intethelelo kanye no-al-afiah ngoba ngokuqinisekile akekho onikezwe okuthile okungcono ngemva kwesiqiniseko sokholo (Iman) kuno-al-afiah (inhlalakahle) (Tirmidhi)
Siyethemba ukuthi u-Allah (swt) usenza sikwazi ukukwenzela lokho
I-App izokusiza ukuthi:
*Yehlisa ingcindezi, ukukhathazeka kanye nokuzethemba.
*Lala kangcono
*Thuthukisa futhi ugcine ubuhlobo obuqinile no-Allah.
*Yamukela imikhuba yokudla engcono
*Zilolonge umzimba njalo.
*Zibekele imigomo ongayifinyelela futhi usebenzele ukuyifinyelela.
Ngamafuphi u-Afiah ungumngane wakho Wezempilo.
**Ngaphakathi kohlelo lokusebenza**
1. Ukucabangela Okuqondiswayo
Hlola umtapo wezincwadi ocebile wokuzindla okuqondisiwe kanye nokuzivocavoca kwengqondo okufakwe ukunambitheka kwamaSulumane.
2. Quran Therapy
Iqoqo eliguquguqukayo lama-Tafsir kumaseshini omsindo amafushane futhi agayeka kalula aholwa ngu-Ustaad Nouman Ali Khan. Qala uhambo lokukhanyiselwa, lapho ubuhlakani obungaphelelwa yisikhathi beQuran buphila, bunikeza ukuphulukiswa kanye nesiqondiso somphefumulo.
3. Izisusa
Qinisa umkhuba ngezikhumbuzo ezakhayo, amakilasi aphezulu kanye nezifundo futhi ukhulise umuzwa ojulile wokondliwa ngokomoya.
4. Idayari Yami ka-Afiah
Ijenali yansuku zonke ekhombisayo ukukusiza ukuthi ubhale phansi imizwa yakho, ucabange ngezenzo zakho futhi uhlele kusengaphambili ngemigomo
5. Imisindo Yokulala
Nethezeka futhi ulale ngokuthula ebusuku ngomsindo wethu ongokomoya oyingqayizivele nomculo, ingemuva lezwi kuphela namathrekhi e-ASMR.
6. Hamba
Khulisa amandla, vumelana nezimo kakhudlwana noma ufinyelele isisindo sakho esikahle ngokuzivocavoca ukuze uvumelane nabaqalayo kanye ne-gurus yokufaneleka.
7. Yidla Kangcono
Ukudla okunengqondo ukukusiza ukuthi usebenzise imikhuba yokudla engcono futhi udle ukudla okunempilo, okunomsoco.
8. I-Duas Eqondiswayo ne-Adkhar
Khulisa ubuhlobo bakho noAllah ngokunxusa nokukhumbula
9. Ukwelapha Okuhlosiwe
Khomba izindawo zezinkinga ezifana nokulwa nokukhathazeka, ukulawula ingcindezi noma ukuthuthukisa ukulala futhi u-Afiah uzoklama inkambo engcono kakhulu yokwenza.
