7pranayama – Uhlelo lokusebenza oluqondisiwe oluklanywe ngokwezifiso lokufaneleka komzimba wangaphakathi olusebenzisa i-yoga nokuzivocavoca ukulandelana kokuphefumula komzimba wakho nengqondo ukuze ufinyelele umgomo omkhulu DHYANA ( Ukuzindla).

Ingabe unokukhathazeka, ukucindezeleka, noma ukuqwasha? Ingabe uyakwazi ukulala ngendlela efanele? Ukhathele!! zelapha lezi ekhaya noma kuphi, ngemizuzu engu-2-4 kuphela ngosuku.
Lolu hlelo lokusebenza lokuphefumula lusebenza e-YOGA ne-Pranayama njengomqeqeshi wokufaneleka komuntu siqu, oluqeqesha indlela yokulawula ukunyakaza kokuhogela kanye nokukhipha umoya.

Uhlelo lwethu lokusebenza luhlanganisa:
Imikhuba: Umkhuba wezinsuku ezingu-21 we-yoga ohlanganisa iphakheji le-Asana ehlukile (I-Yoga Pose) kanye ne-Pranayama Ehlukile (iphethini yokuphefumula) yokwelapha izinkinga zempilo +Isikhumbuzi Sokuphuza Amanzi.
I-Dincharya (Ishejuli): Abanye abantu abanazo izinkinga zempilo kodwa bafuna ukwenza iphakethe le-Asana (Yoga Pose) ne-Pranayama ukuze bahlale beqinile. Ngakho le mojula ingeyabo. Bazothola isaziso ngesikhathi abasifisayo.
I-Pranayama (noma izivivinyo zokuphefumula): I-pranayama ehlukile enomfanekiso obonisa indlela yokwenza izivivinyo zokuphefumula kahle.
I-Yogasana (noma I-Yoga Postures): Ukuma kwe-yoga okuhlukile okunezinyathelo zakho, izinzuzo, kanye nezixwayiso.
Ukufaneleka kuyisihluthulelo sokuhola impilo enempilo. Izivivinyo zokuphefumula zisiza ekugcineni ukuqina komzimba wethu ngokwandisa ukujikeleza kwegazi kuwo wonke umzimba ngokuvula imigudu evaliwe yomzimba wethu.
Zonke izingxenye zomzimba wethu zithinteka ukuphefumula. Ukuphefumula kunikeza umoya-mpilo imizimba yethu, kuvuselela izitho, futhi kudlala indima enkulu ekugcineni imizimba yethu iphile saka. Ngakho-ke ukuphefumula okungasebenzi kungenye yezizathu ezinkulu eziholela ezinkingeni ezehlukene ezihlobene nempilo ngakho ukuvivinya ukuphefumula kusiza umuntu ukuba aphefumule kahle nangendlela efanele ukuze ugcine umzimba usebenza ngokuhlelekile.

Kufakazelwa ngokwesayensi ukuthi uma senza okuthile izinsuku ezingama-21 njalo kuba umkhuba wethu. Ngakho-ke sesidale umkhuba wezinsuku ezingu-21 kwezinye izifo ukuze abantu bakujwayeze ukuzivocavoca njalo ukuze baqede izinkinga zempilo yabo.
● Isikhumbuzi Samanzi -
Esinye isidingo esiyisisekelo sokuphila impilo enempilo ngaphandle kokuphefumula namanzi. Ezimpilweni zethu ezimatasa, ngokuvamile asicabangi ngobuncane bemfuneko yamanzi emzimbeni wethu okuholela ekuphelelweni kwamanzi emzimbeni futhi kwenza umzimba wethu untule amanzi. Umuntu kufanele athathe inani elincane lamanzi adingekayo ngokwesisindo somzimba kanye nobude. Uhlelo lwethu lokusebenza luhlanganisa nemojula yamanzi futhi. Inikeza isaziso sokuphuza amanzi ngezikhathi ezithile ukuze umzimba wethu ungabhekani nokuntuleka kwamanzi.
