Nowadays, mostly the drivers always ask for tips or additional fees, as a customer it really feel bad, they always come with "hidden fee" like asking for toll fees, I think it should be included in the delivery fees right? And sometimes, they don't want to complete the order(maybe it is because of the paid is small amount??), they wouldn't make any respond, they just wait until u cancel it.....

Terrible first order experience. I did not get my order and the driver marked it as complete. I had to call the driver and confirm what happened. Driver said he mistakenly marked my order as completed. This should not be possible. Users should be allowed to confirm they received the item first before it can be marked as completed. Lalamove has been in business for a long while now, why is this feature not in the app yet? Other delivery app already has this.

I tried to tolerate the experience, but it seems dangerous enough so others might have to be attentive. Somebody contacted by by whatsapp after i conducted order in the app. He said he is the driver from Lalamove. Because it has been pretty hectic for me to organize the move, i did not consider he is a scammer. Suddenly other people contacted me and it seems that he is the legit driver who was assigned to me in the application. My biggest question is, how could this happened in a matter?
