it's just a solid app with very helpful features that make shopping easy. the only thing id say is it doesn't keep your place when you tap an item and come back out. u have to scroll back down. that made it take 2x the time to brows all the items in a particular collection. other than that, by far the best shopping app I've used for clothing.

Recently very sad with experience. saw they had Studio Ghibli items and they had one size left for the Kiki sweatshirt and I can wear small even though I prefer medium. I added it to cart and added a second item immediately after. I went to pay and it said it was then out of stock... why can't the cart hold a reservation for a time for at least a min or two?? I'm so upset 😭 I feel like I had someone grab the last one out of my hands while in line to pay.

I really really dislike this new user interface. The search doesn't work. For instance searching "slippers" results in lots of results that aren't slippers. Even though they have a product with that word in the name. There aren't enough categories anymore or access to a text link hierarchy to actually get to the products I want to buy. This is absolutely infuriating. Let's abandon this design and try again. It's okay to not get it right. It's not okay to ignore feedback. *uninstalled*
