I have been unable to sign in for weeks and weeks. Unable to reset my password. Tried to use the CS feature but nobody ever responded. Very dissapointed
This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It bleeds your soul just to get in. When you do, it is so slow, I could have gone to a store, tried it on , checked and gone home. OK, maybe a bit exaggerated, but not by much. Uninstalling.
The app works ok, especially in reference to being able to use the coupons available. However, at nearly 100 MB on size, it would be preferable if you would allow the user to install or transfer the app to a memory card to save valuable memory space on the phone or tablet. Other apps allow the user to do that, why can't you?
Too many prompts to log in and slow loading the app. :(

I like that I can have access to the coupons without having to search online for it. But the issue I'm having is that I keep on getting an error msg when I try to link my rewards with the app. It says my ID is already assigned to another account. I called customer service and they could not assist me but informed me that the error msg was incorrect. The app was also not able to connect to the JCP Card page. When I clicked on the icon, the page repeatedly kept blinking as though it was trying to load but couldn't. Its rather frustrating. Please fix.
Fixed a couple of bugs.
