Understanding the brands and products on the Fresh Thyme shelves is a critical step in increasing meaningful customer engagement at store level. Fresh Thyme Connect brings together the store teams and vendor partners for training, education, and product sampling.
Fresh Thyme Connect (FTC) is our annual conference that brings together leaders from the Natural Living and Grocery departments. New, for 2024, will be the addition of store leadership as well.
FTC provides an opportunity for these leaders to receive targeted training, meet with leading brands and sample new products. The event features education sessions, festivities and a tradeshow. The tradeshow includes over 175 current vendors showcasing approved items and educating on current trends.
