its takes almost 1 hour to book a ride!!!!!!!! what kind of service is this i am often late to work late to everything because of this app what's wrong with you ppl why does this happen ?!!!! late pickups can't book properly 😑 😒 this is ridiculous 😒 please fix the routes and booking times and stop cancelling my bookings like I make a booking then its gets cancelled with the pathetic excuse of it being very busy is there only 1 bus ?!!!!!!!! I know for a fact that many bus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting application I use many times it always take to much time for booking the ride once you booked it will come after 40 mints

Often times the shuttle is late. The app does not show the most efficient route. Pick up takes longer than it should be. Driver goes round and round, going places where there are no pick up scheduled. 30 minutes becomes 1.5 hour, that's just waiting for pickup! Also very difficult to book in the first place, always showing it's full but it never is. I've only ever seen max 4 people in a ride when the bus capacity is more than 10. This is the most inefficient app.
