Great for making your own workout plans with no limit on time or the amount of different lists. Other apps may limit you. Only issue is it doesn't make progress suggestions or adjustments, so you do have to track this yourself. Granted, you can update weight/rep amounts that get saved and updated, but YOU have to make those changes. Would love to see an automated progress systems, to be fair, that may be in the paid system.

Thanks very much for the honest feedback. The app is a hobby for me & entirely free, I think some sort of suggestion for selected weight/volume is a good idea but if you check, I set all the predefined workout weights to 0.If I suggest someone does 3 x 10 reps @ 80kg Bench Press & they hurt themselves I don't want to be responsible for an injury :)

It works for what I need. To just be able to create my own workouts and use it while in the gym is great. If you are looking for a bunch of interactive features then this is definitely not the app for you. The biggest plus is that it actually has a decent amount out workouts that you can choose from with different variations. It also gives clear directions on how to perform those exercises. I do wish that at some point in the future they add the option to sync workouts with apps like Google fit, Fitbit, lifesum, etc,.

Thanks for the great review. We try to keep the app as functional as possible and allow all the customization a user would need to feel confident to ditch the pen and paper. We have had some inquiries from fitness device tracker companies about integration so we are thinking about those possibilities.

I've only had the app a few days, so some of the things I dislike might be user error. That said, I love the organization of exercises - great descriptions and visuals of the focus muscles. I haven't tried them yet, but I love the preloaded workouts - so many to choose from! My dislikes: the calendar starts on Monday. I recorded my workout on the wrong day. Now I can't seem to edit it. Overall, very solid app, worth the download. Hey, it's free! Ads are small and don't get in the way using app.

It's fair & constructive,calendar starting on a Monday is just because 99% of people start their training on the first day of the week, understand that may not suit all. As you said, the app is free and I made the ads as small as possible not to impact on the user experience. All the best with your training!
