imagine having money that you can't even use because they decided to freeze your account for 3 days while you have to wait for them to process the KYC you updated .... The most unserious bank I have ever seen, I'll definitely change the bank once they unfreeze it. I would never recommend this bank to anybody, honestly unless you want to have the worst experience of your life.

This is one of the worst apps I have experienced when it comes to customer support and transaction history. The app only allows users to view the last 15 days of transactions, unless a statement has been generated. For example, if the statement is generated on the 30th of every month, transactions from the 16th to the 30th may be visible, but transactions from the 1st to the 15th are not accessible until the next statement is generated. This means users are effectively unable to view their own

The bank has provided a very poor service. Money was deducted from my account without any valid reason, even though I do not use the account or the bank at all. I have contacted customer service several times, but no one has been able to resolve my issue or provide me with a proper explanation. This is extremely frustrating and unfair, and I expect the bank to investigate the matter and refund the amount deducted from me.
