I was unable to log into their banking app. I contacted customer care, and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I did that, but it still didn’t work. When I reached out again, they mentioned that there was an error and asked me to try again after a few minutes. After multiple verifications, they told me that my case was forwarded to the IT department and that it would be resolved within two to three working days. Now, five working days have passed, and there’s still no response.

I never saw this kind of Stupid Idea they ask to update your personal information but they don't allow and you can't use your money don't transfer your salary to this bank they know how to talk only I need to send my money home but I can't because of this useless bank so bad

after the last update I'm unable to login with my passcode and fingerprint. even try with forget passcode but it keep saying too many requests plz try again later.👎👎👎 issue has been resolved after the suggested method. thanks for that over all it's a great app to use . very convenient and useful.
