I have been using Alhilal app for last 6 years and I really love the experience and the smooth transaction. I have only one concern about the app to be download direct from the Huawei app gallery, I hope soon the app will be available to download as new version of Huawei mobile doesn't support google play and I prefer to use Huawei mobiles.

The app now requires fingerprint login with no alternative option. I have eczema, so fingerprint recognition does not work for me. Because of this have been completely locked out of my own accounts!!! I have contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly given empty promises about an "urgent fix." Nothing has been done. I am now unable to access my own money!! I am asking others for money now while mine is locked!! Completely irresponsible and unacceptable for a financial app.

For over two months, this bank repeatedly requested the same KYC documents via email and the app. I submitted everything multiple times. When agents called, it turned out the documents were often not reviewed or not received internally, and I was asked to resend them again and again. Multiple support chats and cases led nowhere.
