Very shady bank. They put transactions on hold randomly and for no reason. One of my transaction was delayed for over 5 days! Very bad experience with staff as well. I wanted to open a USD account but they told me they only offer AED accounts and that I'd have to exchange them to AED if I want to make a deposit! Long waiting times, even though there were literally only 4 customers. One of the staff even told me it's better if I open a bank account with another bank, LOL!
