If you are here, it's the best compacted app. Getting here though (i.e connecting your acct/card to the app) is a whole different story that will take a minimum of 7days and probably 3+ agents :/ Anyway, thumbs up for improving...way more features on this app and it's worth it!

I have been having trouble updating my Emirates ID on the Al Hilal Digital app. I have tried five times to update my ID one week ago, but each time I have received an error message that says "Something went wrong." I've sent email regarding the issue. Today I've tried again few time, however it’s still same. Their customer services also very bad!

Completely Satisfied..! One of the best ever banking app i had. The account opening part is simply straight forward. And even maintenance too super awesome. Best known banking app for being User- friendliest. The special part is On-time chat box where you'll be getting stucked or confused. Believe me. Start using the app then. You'll know..
