I was unable to log into their banking app. I contacted customer care, and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I did that, but it still didn’t work. When I reached out again, they mentioned that there was an error and asked me to try again after a few minutes. After multiple verifications, they told me that my case was forwarded to the IT department and that it would be resolved within two to three working days. Now, five working days have passed, and there’s still no response.

after the last update I'm unable to login with my passcode and fingerprint. even try with forget passcode but it keep saying too many requests plz try again later.👎👎👎 issue has been resolved after the suggested method. thanks for that over all it's a great app to use . very convenient and useful.

I have been using the bank for almost a year. When I opened the account, I was informed that I must either maintain a minimum balance of AED 1,000 or have my salary transferred each month. However, for the past three months, the bank has been deducting minimum balance (fall-below) fees, even though my salary is being transferred to this account every month.
