I've been using Al Hilal Bank since 2022, but the new KYC process has been extremely frustrating. I submitted all the required documents, yet my account has been blocked three times. Each time I had to contact support and wait for them to reactivate it. My money was stuck in the account, leaving me unable to pay for daily expenses. Very disappointing experience. It's time to switching to another bank.

every 1 or 2 month they freeze account for kyc update so you can't use your own money you can't access bank application also and this happens every 1 or 2 months I am disappointed with the excessive delay in approving my KYC verification.
