Would rate it higher as it has very useful features like usage and bill updates but the actual billing is a bit hit and miss. Tried to set up direct debit and it seems to reference old linked account when confirming in app even after changing the account I want it paid from. Managing direct debit shows the correct updated account after it opens in browser. Also it didn't Autopay on the due date, or reflect a paid status (needs 2 days) shares a confirmation number after doing it manually.

It looks great and is easy to navigate. But doesn't give you notifications of bills due, or released bills. Bills are confusing to read and aren't always accurate. I have to rely on text messages and emails when a bill is overdue, even though all notifications are on. Bill smoothing is confusing, and isn't specified clearly in the app (it just appears as a normal bill). Could definitely be easier

Confusing app. Unclear, unintuitive interface. Balances don't match up to bills I receive from AGL. All I need is the current month's balance and the total balance brought forward (if in credit, because heaven forbid we miss a bill in debit, I might start sending them overdue notices). Instead, I get an email with my account balance and an app that doesn't show that balance but lots of individual daily balances.
