About this app

The Cinch app is the account manager for your Cinch device plan. If you get a phone, laptop, or other device from Cinch, the app puts your plan, device details, and payments in one place, so you're always in control.

Cinch is a device subscription service in Singapore and Malaysia. You subscribe to the tech you want for a fixed monthly fee, with the flexibility to upgrade, return, or keep your device at the end of your term. This app is for existing Cinch subscribers to manage that experience.

What you can do:

- See your plan at a glance: device, plan, and how far you are through your term.
- Keep track of your payments: next payment date, amount due, and anything outstanding.
- Settle your monthly device payments in a few taps, all tied to your physical device lease.
- Handle end of term your way: extend your plan, upgrade to a newer device, or book a return pickup.
- Get help fast with in-app support and answers to common questions.
- Switch between English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu, and sign in quickly with Face ID or fingerprint.

Payments in the app are for your physical device lease and related services. There is no digital content or currency involved.
