TRACK MEALS CLEARLY
The Today screen shows the numbers people check most: daily calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and a simple score. Each meal entry keeps the food name, meal type, serving size, and calories visible so you can understand the day without digging through menus.

SEARCH FOODS FASTER
Use the local starter list for common foods, or search Open Food Facts for packaged and global foods when you have internet access. Barcode lookup is also available for products that exist in the database.

PLAN THE NEXT PLATE
The Plan screen compares the current day against your targets and suggests practical next plates from the starter food list. It is designed for everyday planning, not medical advice or a replacement for a dietitian.

PROFILE-BASED TARGETS
Set weight, height, age, body type, goal mode, and activity level to estimate calories and macro targets. The numbers update as your profile changes, making it easier to keep the dashboard aligned with your current plan.

PRIVACY AND DATA
Meal logs and profile settings are stored on your device. The app uses internet access for food database lookup, and for optional feedback you choose to send from the About screen. Food search terms or barcodes are sent to Open Food Facts only to return matching food data. Feedback messages are sent through Web3Forms and include a small technical footer with app version, Android version, and device model to help reproduce issues.

SUPPORT
Questions, bug reports, and feature ideas can be sent from the in-app feedback option or by email at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com
