Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app. They do not inform you about the commission amount until after the credit card top-up is completed. The commission fee is extremely high and completely unacceptable. When you try to make a complaint, they do not solve the problem at all — they simply say the transaction has already been processed and that they cannot do anything about it. The customer service is terrible, the lack of transparency is unacceptable, and users are not properly warned before being charged.

Does not accept Carnet de Extranjería. Put at the beginning of description: FOR PERUVIANS ONLY WITH DNI! Changed the rating from 1 start to 3, because of apo developer response. When the situation changes and I'm able to use the application, I will update my reading accordingly.
