Pros: clear visuals of each exercise, rotates through different exercises, can pick time and difficulty of exercises. Cons: not enough time to switch sides, does not give voice command to switch exercises or stretches, also does not give voice command of what exercise is next. I feel the calorie count is misleading. Overall good app, will keep using
This app does not have a rewind option n this app crashes so often n best thing is we need to buy the monthly workouts lol.its better to go for gym n pay for it n perform the exercises in front of instructor
I love this app but the only reason why I gave this app 3 stars is because the app tends to freeze up in the middle ofnthe workout and it sucks having to start all over when I am working out,so please try to fix this problem.
I did not try it yet but it seems so interesting... i would love to start my day with this workout..
It's really great for work outs. I like it because you can make your own schedule
