Pros: clear visuals of each exercise, rotates through different exercises, can pick time and difficulty of exercises. Cons: not enough time to switch sides, does not give voice command to switch exercises or stretches, also does not give voice command of what exercise is next. I feel the calorie count is misleading. Overall good app, will keep using
I've been using this app for 2 years to get me into the habit of exercising regularly, and it's quite useful. However, it has been freezing up and crashing far too much lately in the middle of workouts which is really frustrating.
This app is explicit and straight to the point. It is encouraging and life changing. It feels me with adrenaline and makes me see a great change in my life, my body and a boost in my confident in the nearest future. I am so happy I made a right choice installing this app and I will not in anyway get rid of it. Good things lk this don't come easy.
I'd give 5 stars if you can stop it from crashing! And also we should be able to make a plan for ourselves and pick our own exercises. I live upstairs in a house and I can't exactly do jumping jacks without it sound like I'm going to fall through the roof. Also maybe not a rest after every single exercise.
Hi, i used to love this app very much but unfortunately it started choosing very unnecessary slow workouts even when I choose pro. ANd when I skip them it make me lose my motivation and concentration. THAYS WHY I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO FIX THE APP
I did not try it yet but it seems so interesting... i would love to start my day with this workout..
