Absolutely terrible! Dukascopy's customer service needs to improve a lot... I mean, how about actually resolving the problems customers have (which are often very simple problems) instead of making them wait forever?!

good app but limits too low and too much required on limit increase . get a monthly limit plan for the accounts not quarterly

App is very cheap not elegant. Also they want police clearance certificate or no criminal record certificate which may be easily obtainable in europe or some other countries but very difficult to manage in many countries like bangladesh. So if you are from one of the countries, do not even bother to open an account. And they only require passport for identy verification not id card issued by government.
