Icon was gone from my phone, voice mail with no voice only caller's, my and other numbers. After few years this is not acceptable. hard to download, which doesn't solve the problem and it is harder to cancel. I can cancel account, take out icon but all my calls forward to them, which I have to fix with my career. now I can't get any voice mail with other apps.

I can't access my messages using this app. The main screen doesn't allow me to see the entry field as i type due to it needing to be in landscape vote. And then it doesn't recognize my password when i try to log on. I've been trying for days to access my phone messages with no success and the only way to do so is with the website using my browser. It turns out that i had 6 months of missed messages that i didn't know. Version 1.0 was great but version 2.0 sucks!!!

Do Not EVER download this app!!!! You will never be able to get it off of your phone!! It doesn't work, you can delete the app, cancel it, and it will still never go away. Customer service is a joke and provides no assistance in getting their crappy service off your phone. Through several phones it always pops back up even though I haven't downloaded the app in years!!! I downloaded the app just to try once again to cancel the service and guess what, still didn't work. Worst app EVER!!!
