Things to remember:
• To use My Vodafone you should login or create an account with just your username
and password.

Ratings and reviews

The app is not working for a month, I cannot log into my account. If such a big corporate can't fix an app, how do we expect to provide a service? The network is horrible, most of the time it goes out of service eventhough I live in Tirana and work in the city center. Prices are over the roof but it is lacking a good performance! Customer care agent are arrogant and incompetent to rispond or solve simple problems. Should change the name to Monopol Vodafone Albania!

They have changed the minimum amount you can add to 500 ALL. They do not give you the option to directly buy a package but force you to add funds that will go over, or even reduce the ammount added by a small ammount just so you're 1 ALL below what you need forcing you to add another 500 ALL. They are scammers

The app is really slow, and sometimes doesn't even open. Edit: After the updates the performance has improved. But I really liked the option to login with fingerprint, and that is not available anymore.
