Tried to load my code into the app they recommended and they hit me with an "error' message, thought they would remedy it but they haven't so far. Very disappointing

minus 5, that is my rating. this is now the second time I received an invalid code to withdraw my winnings. even the recommended codes wallet (which I paid for) doesn't work. ARE YOU LOT SCAMMERS?? please fix this!!!

its fake , after countdown compleate they intentionally add paid wallet. so that you can't withdraw. waste of weeks of time.
