It can also be used as metacognitive training. You can also set goals and become aware of what you want to be, and reflect on your values. It is also easy to use mindfulness sound sources. The program is supervised by experts in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy, it's nice for use.

That's a wonderful app! But I recommend some features! Can you maybe add a feature to save conversations + Can you remove the premium? Because people are venting and you are telling them "Im out of energy" and to wait for the next month? Sorry if im rude but next month is a long time! Please remove premium and give us the features! I know it's a lot of work, im sorry!
