Awaren is a mindfulness app that helps you live less in your head and be more present in the moment. You’ll discover how your automatic patterns work and how to respond to them with kind, gentle attention. In the app, you can meditate and follow a complete mindfulness training program.

Step by step, you learn not to immediately slip into judgment, worrying, or trying to stay in control, but to first feel what is here right now.
