I have written on it everyday so far. The breathing exercise alone has helped me through a few moments, that I would say were unpleasant. The exercises in the journaling with CBT, at first I kind of snickered at it. I've used it a few times and find it valuable for remembering the difference between bad and good. It's a great platform.

I'm profoundly moved, this is truly the best most high quality app with high value I've used yet. Also offer you opportunity to share your situation if your financially unable to afford the subscription at that time into consideration and don't turn you away. From negative thought patterns, tracking moods, learning joyful moments, data tracking it all and loads of useful information, it's truly the easiest, yet the most profound journaling prompts and software I've seen yet. I very much appreciate being given a free year because of my difficult financial circumstances. the app is straightforward while also having enough features to prompt you to examine yourself and your emotions. Having multiple types of journals depending on what your goal is is very helpful. There are explanations for any terms that come up that might be new to those who haven't done therapy. There are no ads. The best journaling app I've found.

What’s new
