The board lives on any TV you already own. No hardware, no wiring, nothing to install: it's fully digital and updates itself second by second, all day long. A deal logged from the floor lands on the wall moments later, in front of everyone who's supposed to see it.

FOR THE SALESPEOPLE
• Log a unit from your pocket: full deal or a 50/50 split. New, used, acquisitions, or any custom category your store runs.
• A full deal fills a whole square on the board. A split fills half, and two halves share one.
• Pull up the live board on your phone: every salesperson, every unit, the current month. Your managers are watching the same board.
• A hot-streak flame beside anyone who logs three units inside 72 hours.
• Logged it wrong? Undo a same-day deal yourself, no walk to the tower. Missed the window? Your manager can fix it.
