My practice has just signed up to Well. I have installed it on my cellphone but the only way I can get out of it is to open another app! Why is this? I can logout via my profile but then I have to go through the whole palaver of putting in my email account etc. Also, once I have opened another app (and thereby exiting the Well app) A screenshot of the Well app remains on my phone with all my prescription information on it. Not happy with this.

The app has limited functionality and data compared to the previous platform my health center used. That's not the app developer's fault though. What *is* the app developer's fault though is that this Flutter app (and the Flutter Web website they publish from the same codebase) doesn't have a functionality to select and copy text. It's impossible to simply copy a diagnosis or lab results out of it. That's simply lazy development and/or bad product design - even worse for a website.

The app no longer functions half the time. I open it, and it attempts to load for as long as I choose to let it before closing it again. I did get it to open today, and found a new, unnecessarily patronizing message prompt. There's no reason the app creator needs to know why I haven't had a doctor's appointment in 6 months (your info is wrong, I've had several), nor why I need a prescription filled. The people that need to know, already do.
