Order Number: 578915 I had a very disappointing experience with Syarah Ltd. I booked a new car and made full payment, but the sales team never contacted me for over a week regarding order confirmation or the next steps. After multiple follow-ups and eventually submitting a cancellation request through calls, the issue still remains unresolved. Now, my full payment is stuck with Syarah, and I have not received any clear feedback or update from their side. I strongly advise others to think careful

Pathetic customer service experience, Not responding properly, whenever I select a car that car is not available , they ask to chose other vehicle but then u can't chose until ur previous order is cancelled but they don't reply than. More than 3 days they saw my messages but didn't reply. I don't understand this attitude by their team. I have also emailed but no response. God bless them.

all in all this application is very recommended🤝👍 Please, if you can lower the first payment using Tamara payment, I'm sure many will take it because besides being cheap, you'll have to pay for it over 2 years, which is very affordable. speacially to the people that can't present any documents , it will be great
