I bought a car through the app in cash. Very slow and unprofessional process of handover after the payment was finalized. the customer service are not helpful at all. The agent says different statements every time. This when I can reach the agent because 99% of the time, I can't reach the agent. Very poor experience.

My experience with Syarah has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend them. Last year, I sold them a car, but the process was slow with repeated delays and poor follow-up. I didn't learn my lesson, and this year I bought a car from them expecting a secure process, but defects emerged after delivery. Support was unhelpful, with no real solution offered. Overall, there is weak customer service and a lack of accountability. I will not deal with them again.

Not good, high prices when calculating insurance and finance, and they do not follow up with you, and leave you until you call, follow up, see, search, and search, and the account available at the time of booking, doubled after booking, not honest, and not completely good. This application, thank God, I did not complete the car procedures with them.
