- Track your body. Log weight and key measurements. View trends on clear charts so you can see progress over weeks and months, not just today’s number.

- Train with a calendar and streak. Every saved workout marks your calendar. Stay consistent and see your rhythm at a glance.

- Go deeper with strength analysis. During early access, advanced charts are included at no extra cost:
- Volume over time - how much work you are doing per lift and overall
- Muscle group coverage - balance across chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders, and core
- Rep range distribution - strength, hypertrophy, and endurance at a glance
- Workout projection - conservative targets for upcoming sessions based on recent work
- Estimated 1RM (e1RM) - track strength trends lift by lift
