Swell is an algorithmic coaching platform that helps you understand how you're wired, navigate the relationships that matter, and close the gap between what you want and what you do.

Most personality tests categorize you into 5-32 personalities, but people are more complex than that.

Swell maps you across 63 traits and nine dimensions — your drive, your mind, how you love, how you fight, how you grow.

The result is specific, accurate, and the kind of read on yourself that might take a great therapist or a wise friend months to give you.

Once Swell knows you, the rest of the app gets sharper. A coach who already understands your patterns. A daily insight tuned to you. Compatibility and friction points with the people in your life & advice on how to work within those dynamics. For those in therapy, a free export you can share with your therapist to help you two get the most out of your sessions.

What’s inside:
• Your Archetype. A portrait of who you are, made up of behavior patterns identified and validated by therapists and social workers.
• A coach who knows you. It'll direct you towards your goals but is also helpful in day to day conflict or venting that comes up. Expect a challenging but supportive tone.
• Daily Insight. One sentence a day, pointed straight at you. We take your archetype, any recent relationship or life dynamics we've noticed, and help you see potential blind spots. You can always dive in and learn more.
• Connections. Add the people in your life and see where you click, where you’ll likely have friction, and what each person needs from you to be able to meet your needs well.
