JOBy is the GPS attendance tracking app to record the working hours of Employees. With JOBy, you can have them clock in using the HT Apps cloud solution. Our geolocation system is the most accurate, convenient and legal way to keep track of your Collaborators' shifts. JOBy permanently replaces the ordinary online attendance register or Excel attendance sheet.
To use JOBy, your Collaborators only need a GPS-enabled smartphone and an Internet connection.
How does the app work in regard to recording working hours? If you are an employer or an HR manager, there is no need to download the application, as it will only be used by Collaborators. The employee interface features an online map and a simple "asleep" icon. The icon is activated as soon as the Collaborator enters the radius of their workplace (whether it is an office, a construction site or other) and taps on the icon.

The employer interface is the back-end of the application and is very easy to use. You can set up the work areas to be monitored and the ranges of action.
