PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY

• Before your first recording the app shows a plain‑language disclosure: your audio and transcript will be sent over HTTPS to Microsoft Azure using the credentials YOU configured.
• You can revoke that consent at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data Sharing.
• The developer has no server and never receives your audio, transcripts, or Azure keys. Microsoft processes the data under your own Azure agreement.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Your own Azure subscription with:
– A Microsoft Azure AI Speech resource (any region)
– A Microsoft Foundry / Azure OpenAI deployment (GPT‑5 family recommended)
• A microphone (built‑in is fine) and an internet connection while recording

GETTING STARTED

1. Open RecordWise2 → Settings → enter your Azure Speech key + region and your Azure OpenAI endpoint + key + deployment name.
2. Tap "Test" to verify both services.
3. Tap Record. Pick your language and meeting type. Tap stop when done.
4. Get your transcript and summary in under a minute (depending on length).
