I tried using the app, sent all the verification information, I have started 3 conversations trying to get answers, it has been over 6 weeks, and they only answer that it will take 48 hours to do the verification, but in 6 weeks they haven't done mine. just imagine what will happen when your money was taken away or you lost access to your account... they probably would take months to get back to you with a proper answer.

added $290 worth of USDT (ETH) to my account, used the Ethereum wallet address that the PANA app provided as an option to be use when adding money but until now my account has 0 balance. My money was gone just like that. No customer service to reach out to and when they finally responded to me the next day with reasons that I have used the wrong Crypto wallet. Why added it as an option if it is NOT the right one to be use? No warnings or indication not to use it. VERY BAD!

Hi Leonel, You need to take ownership here. The app clearly states that liquidation addresses only accept USDC/USDT on the selected network. Unfortunately, you sent ETH instead, which is why your balance didn’t update. This isn’t a Pana issue, it’s simply how crypto transactions work: if you send the wrong asset, funds don’t auto-credit...
