Customer service is nil to none...but they do follow up with taking funds for the plan...Could not get a response from them via their support email on the app after leaving 2 messages. Just posted on their FB page in hopes they would respond...invoiced yesterday June 23/2026 for the first time as my account is new, I reached out, to inquire about the billing & no response & lack of customer support I want a full refund..lets see if they respond.

My number is asking for verification, i tried doing the verification and it was perfectly done yet it keeps showing that it's invalid and I need to do it again, my whole work was registered on that number. I contacted the support and the only mail i got was from the mail service provider and not a customer support executive. I need the solution asap.
