PingParrot is on-call paging built for small teams who need reliable, repeating alerts that actually wake people up.
Send a page from the web app, mobile app, or via REST API — it keeps repeating until someone acknowledges it.
KEY FEATURES
• Persistent repeating alerts — pages repeat every 30s, 1m, 2m, or 5m until acknowledged
• Group escalation — page an entire team or escalate sequentially
• Priority levels — Low, Normal, High, and Critical with matching notification urgency
• Full audit trail — every page, delivery attempt, and acknowledgement is logged
• REST API — trigger pages from Grafana, monitoring tools, or custom scripts
• Encrypted at rest — all page content is AES-256 encrypted in our database
• Multi-platform — web portal + iOS and Android apps
HOW IT WORKS
1. Owner creates an account and adds pagers (team members)
2. Send a page from any device or via API
3. Recipients receive push notifications that repeat until acknowledged
4. Track all activity in the dashboard and logs

Free for up to 2 pagers. $8 CAD/month per additional pager. No contracts, cancel any time.
