About this app

Pomaia is a cycle and symptom tracker designed specifically for women living with PCOS — recently renamed PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) in a 2026 global consensus. Unlike general period trackers that assume regular 28-day cycles, Pomaia understands that your cycle has its own rhythm — and that's completely okay.

BUILT FOR PCOS, NOT AROUND IT
Most tracking apps weren't designed for cycles like yours. Pomaia is different. There are no alarming predictions, no stressful countdowns, no "your period is late" warnings. Pomaia intentionally does not predict your next cycle — because for PCOS, unreliable predictions cause more anxiety than help.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Log daily symptoms across 12 categories: bleeding, mood, energy, sleep, pain, skin, hair, digestion, weight, exercise, and more. Track medications and supplements alongside your symptoms — so you can see how treatments shape how you feel day to day.

INSIGHTS FROM YOUR OWN DATA
Discover patterns and connections in your symptoms over time. See how your mood, energy, and skin relate to your cycle. No generic advice — just your data, showing your unique patterns.

FOR EVERY CYCLE LENGTH
PCOS cycles can be 21 days or 90 days. Heavy bleeding, light spotting, long gaps — Pomaia tracks them all without judgment. Your symptom diary adapts to you, not the other way around.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Pomaia works fully offline with no account required. Your health data is never sent anywhere. No servers, no registration — your symptom diary stays entirely on your phone.

Pomaia is a symptom journal, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnoses or medical advice.
