RepSmith is a powerful workout tracker and gym log built for serious lifters. Track every set, beat every record, and monitor your strength progress — stored privately on your device, with optional cloud sync across devices.

WORKOUT LOGGING
Log weight, reps, RPE, RIR, distance and time for every set. RepSmith pre-fills your last session automatically so you spend less time typing and more time lifting. Auto-advances to the next set on save. Supports supersets, dropsets, warmup sets, and failure sets.

ROUTINES & PROGRAMMING
Build multi-day strength training routines with rep range targets (e.g. 4×8–12), warmup auto-calculator, and per-exercise progression rules. Scheduled routine days appear on your home screen so your training plan is always one tap away.

REST TIMER
The rest timer auto-starts after every set and runs as a foreground service — it stays visible even when you switch apps, with vibration and sound alert on completion.

PLATE CALCULATOR
Built directly into the logging screen — no screen switching mid-set. Visual barbell with colour-coded plates. Supports Olympic, Women's, EZ, Hex, Safety Squat and custom bar types with per-exercise presets.

1RM & WILKS CALCULATOR
Estimate your one-rep max (Brzycki formula) and calculate your Wilks score directly from the training screen.

PROGRESS & PERSONAL RECORDS
RepSmith automatically tracks personal records — estimated 1RM and per-rep PRs from 1RM to 15RM. View strength progress with detailed charts per exercise, weekly muscle group volume vs targets, and custom date ranges.

BODY TRACKER & PROGRESS PHOTOS
Log bodyweight, body fat percentage, and measurements over time. Add progress photos organised by angle (Front, Side, Rear) with side-by-side comparison view and pinch-to-zoom. Set goals with delta indicators and view progress graphs with trend lines.

PROTOCOL TRACKER
Track supplements and compounds with a full dose calendar, injection site rotation, vial inventory, half-life visualiser, bloodwork log, and a correlation view overlaying your protocol timeline against your strength progress graphs.

COMMUNITY
