Wallet load is very slow and points remain pending for a long time. My 50 points were not credited even after payment. Support response is poor and there is no clear update on transactions. Please fix wallet issues and improve customer support.

This app is a complete waste of time and money. I joined for 40 points at 2:30 PM, and after that, they gave me a room ID and a password. I joined the game room, but the host quickly banned me. I tried many times to rejoin, but it didn't work. What can we expect from this app? I want my money back for this awful Roomzy app.

This app is completely useless and a total scam. I deposited my money, and after that the app stopped working and never opened again. There is no customer support and no response. My money is gone. I strongly advise everyone not to install or use this app. Very bad experience. Waste of time and money.😔🥲
