Small Hours is a quiet companion for parents of NICU babies — built for the long shifts, the medical jargon, and the moments worth keeping.

A NICU dictionary in your pocket. CPAP, NEC, A&Bs, corrected age, gestational weeks — every term in plain language, with the context that helps you ask better questions on rounds. Tap a medical note and the words your doctor used surface their meaning automatically.

WHY CORRECTED AGE
A baby born ten weeks early is, on their first birthday, a two-month-old developmentally. Small Hours treats that as the default, not a footnote. Milestones group by corrected month, journal entries record both ages, and growth tracking respects the runway prematurity steals.
