Somewhere out there, something keeps turning up on rooftops. Nobody agrees on what it is. Spider Tracker is where you write it down.
This is a sighting tracker built around a world map. You log what you saw and where, mark it confirmed or rumored, and watch the grid fill in over time. Everything stays on your phone.
THE GRID
Your sightings sit on a pixel world map you can pan, zoom and filter. Confirmed reports show green, rumors show red, events show blue, so you can read the state of the world at a glance. Tap any marker to open the full report. Filter down to one class when the grid gets busy.
REPORT WHAT YOU SAW
Drop a pin anywhere on the map, name the place, pick a classification, and write down what happened. Set the time yourself if you are logging it late. Change your mind afterwards and a rumor can be promoted to confirmed, or the other way around.
ACTIVITY LOG
Every report you file lands in the log, newest first, grouped by day. Today, yesterday, earlier this week. Filter by classification, open any entry to edit or delete it.
INTEL
The log adds up to something. Intel shows your totals, how much of your grid is confirmed rather than rumor, which region runs hottest, when you last logged anything, and the hour of day sightings actually spike. All of it is worked out from your own reports.
DAILY SWEEP
One sweep a day turns up a fresh unverified report from somewhere in the world. It lands on the grid as a rumor, and it is your call whether to confirm it or clear it. The sweep resets at midnight.
TRIANGULATE
There is a game inside the tracker. A report comes in naming a city, and you pin where you think it is. Five reports to a run. The closer your pin, the more it scores, and the map zooms in afterwards to show you exactly how far off you were. Good for learning the map, and hard to put down once you start chasing a better run.
BADGES AND STREAKS
Ten badges to unlock, from your first report through fifty of them, five regions covered, a sighting logged after midnight, and a week long streak. Your streak holds for as long as you keep logging.
OFFLINE AND PRIVATE
No account. No sign up. The app requests no permissions at all and contains no network code, so nothing leaves your phone because there is nowhere for it to go. It works in airplane mode, underground, or with the SIM out.
Spider Tracker is a work of fiction. The sightings are yours to invent, and the fun is in building a case file nobody else has. Not affiliated with any film, studio, or character.
