Unreliable and Poorly Managed I booked a hotel through this app with a 24-hour stay offer,When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that the offer had been canceled without any prior notice. No one from the app or the hotel contacted me beforehand. When I reached out to customer support, they simply said, "the offer is canceled," with no apology or attempt to help. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional .

This app gives wrongly information. I booked through them an apartment Golde Sands Sharjah with a confirmation number and when I went to the hotel they denied my entrance. Apparently the hotel requests a physical proof for all occupance (while other hotels theoughout UAE Never asked)Very bad app and bad hotels to book with.

Worst application I ever used, I have to enter my mobile phone, it says wrong, since I tried all options. Also when you search hotel in Abu Dhabi, it gives you result in Dubai only !!!!!! 😂 Really very bad experience l, bad programmer, bad developers, not smart application at all 👎🏼
