I love it! The stories and improvement in my life is amazing. Where I used to struggle I'm not any more. I have only one problem. I got to the end of Streak 9 and not going any further. If that's the end then the year membership I paid for is going to get boring. Is there more? The soft skills being reinforced is beneficail. I would love to see more. I am working through more than the main program. The side programs could use those shorts as in the main. I use them for application.

So far just using the non membership version is not what I expected... it's better! Plus the narrator's voice isn't annoying, she's not monotone but she's not overwhelming either. The clips are well done and are in short bits so you don't lose your 'peak concentration' or focus. So far, very well, created, published executed application in my opinion.

The free version is pretty good. However the sleep stories seem way too fast paced and not very relaxing. Spacing out the dialog more so it's not as rushed and adding some nature sounds in between to let the listener get lulled into a relaxed state might be beneficial. Other than that it's good so far!

Thanks for the feedback! Imagine that you want to relax your arm. You can just try to relax it, or you can first squeeze it hard, hold it for a few seconds, and then unclench it. Try it yourself. In the second case, it will relax on its own and the relaxation will be much deeper. This is the same principle behind our sleep stories šŸ™
