WhenCue is a calm, private place for thoughts you do not want to lose.
Capture a thought, voice note, compact photo, link, task or shopping item in seconds. Organise nothing at capture time — WhenCue helps you retrieve it later, when it becomes useful.
A memory that returns at the right moment
• Capture text, speech, shared links, compact photos and a short video up to 10 seconds
• Save a photo without typing and let WhenCue suggest a private on-device description
• Add, remove and manage up to eight compact photos in each memory
• Keep unfinished ideas in Buffer; see relevant memories in Stream; archive completed ones in Vault
• Add or create contexts such as Home, Work, Shopping, Car, Morning, Weekend or your own
• Use optional time, place, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth triggers to surface a memory when its context returns
• Change or remove a trigger whenever it no longer fits
• Ask WhenCue with text or voice and get an answer grounded in matching source memories

Private by design
Your memories, photos, short videos, photo descriptions, classification, search and basic answers stay on your device. Video playback and branded MP4 creation also run locally. WhenCue works offline, does not require an account and contains no ads or analytics. Compatible phones can use Gemini Nano through Android AICore for a natural photo description; other phones use the recognition model bundled with WhenCue. Neither route sends the photo to a cloud AI service.
You decide when to use optional encrypted synchronisation. Backups are encrypted on your device before upload. You can also create a portable backup and restore it without overwriting your existing memories.
