This app is designed to help synchronize the biological (inner) clock with the processes of the surrounding nature. The user of the app is thus given the opportunity to bring his or her daily rhythm back into chronobiological balance by, among other things, taking in as much natural daylight as possible.
For this purpose, the app "Time's Change" displays an (imaginary) time of our ancestors of the pre-industrial age. Based on this time, called "Native(s) Time," alarms can signal wake-up time, bedtime, and main meals as important chronobiological zeitgebers.
