no notifications. After 1 week it has stopped giving me notifications and is not capturing all the birds. 3 times now I have observed new birds landing on the feeder, in broad daylight, fully charged camera, strong wifi signal and nothing from the app. Not even a recording. each birds has landed and stayed for over 20 seconds. One day I had a notification of an orange crowned warbler, but when I went to show my friends 3 hours later the video was gone. Very frustrating.

I'd say they have bad customer service, but the truth is that they don't actually have any customer service at all. Just an AI assistant that asks you to input information to be contacted via email. I tried three separate times and did not receive any email or any other confirmation that my ticket is open. So I sent an email directly to the support address, and got an automated response telling me to use the AI assistant. Maybe the app itself works great, but I never had a chance to use it.

This app is pretty good. It does make some mistakes identifying birds. But you can edit and correct them. I do have one problem with the app. The pause button on the video stopped working. I contacted the BIRD Buddy tech support via email. They said they would send the problem with some info provided by me to the developers. Then I got an email stating that they figured out the solution. They said that solution would be in the next update. So, just waiting for the next update.
