Awful. I sent money myself. It opens and reopen. It doesn't work

The app is very slow at almost everything and for some reason it doesnt save all the Aliases that I regulary use when trasnfering money. Other than that its good

05/01/2024 I already wrote a mail but the trouble persist. 29/12/2023 It was working fine until I logged out and logged in with another account. Then I logged back in with my own account and I was getting the notifications from the previous session. I cleared cache, data and uninstalled. I reinstalled but it doesn't fix it. Now every 3 days I have to log in by entering the email link. The user experience is terrible. I wrote to technical support but they never got back to me.
