The drastic difference from dot cards to this app is amazing, especially when you wish you could visualize what the band looks like in every set. It makes memorizing learning holds and moves with music way easier, especially when you're trying to play a quad solo without getting curb stomped by the drum tech at the same time as marching. I highly recommend!!

Why... did they need to update? The original app looked and worked great, had everything in one place, and most importantly worked. Now it's just a buggy mess, can't change dots without desync or "contacting the server", why do you need to contact the server to change a dot nobody else sees? Splitting up the functionality to separate apps certainly was a choice too. Hopefully all these bugs can be fixed by real code, not more prompts to a overworked LLM.

I don't know which educators they asked, but I'm an educator and I don't trust this new app one bit. A week ago, the app updated and signed me out. Still can't login back in. I click "continue with Google" and the wheel just spins forever. The old app worked just fine. The new app is unnecessarily over designed and broken. Maybe consider testing your app for more than just iPhone, especially for kids in marching band programs that use Android and other options.
